Regional Working Group on Shared Water Quality Indicators Tbilisi, Georgia 28 February 2019
Regional Working Group (RWG) on Shared Water Quality Indicators of the Kura II project had its second meeting on 28 February 2019 in Georgia. The main objective of this working group is to establish a sustainable mechanism for monitoring and evaluation of water quality, as well as establishing the shared indicators list.
The group members have shared the recent updates from both countries and agreed on the next steps. The dates of the field trips and sampling schedule were agreed. In conclusion, it was reiterated that all the points on the new suggestions will be discussed with the project manager. The project also needs to conduct an internal meeting with the International Consultant to discuss the scope of work beyond the trainings.
