The Project Document for the UNDP-GEF Kura II Project: Advancing Integrated Water Resource Management (IWRM) across the Kura river basin through implementation of the transboundary agreed actions and national plans was drafted in 2015 by a team of national and international experts, with the inputs of over 60 national stakeholders from Azerbaijan and Georgia. The Project Document Serves as the principal guidance for all project efforts, and is the "contract" between the Project Team, the Steering Committee, the Beneficiary Countries, UNDP and GEF.
