           (i) the particular training you are interested in;

           (ii) the reason you wish to participate in the training;

           (iii) and, your background relevant to the trainings

Many of these trainings are filled by nominated members of government bodies, however in some cases scholarships can be made available to participants who seem to suitable for these trainings.
