Sona Guliyeva – Regional Communications Manager
Sona has taken part in a number of project activities mainly of United Nations Development Program (UNDP). She got Bachelor degree on Interpreting and Translation from the Azerbaijan State University of Foreign Languages and Masters from Peoples Friendship University of Russian Federation.
She did her postgraduate study in 1998-2000 on Gender Development and role of the international organization at Azerbaijan State University of Foreign Languages. From 2000 to present, Sona has been doing her post graduate studies at the National Academy of Sciences-Institute of Philosophy and Political-Legal researches. Since 1997 she had been working for various international organizations, programs in Baku such as United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM), Mercy Corps, OSCE Office in Baku, United Nations Population Fund, United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in different positions related to project management.
